PERSONAL

Mr. Near is married with two children. He lives in Cumming, Georgia, where he enjoys spending time with his family, sports, movies, and scouting activities. He also enjoys reading, skiing, and traveling.

Since 1989, Brian Near has been an active trial and bankruptcy lawyer, handling cases involving domestic disputes, auto and accident injuries, wrongful death, medical malpractice, premises liability, and debt relief cases.

Brian Near has owned and operated two restaurants, and maintained his own legal practice since 1994.
